1. Your website must be based on the CLAMP series or be about a character from that series.
2. The content should be appropriate for people of all ages. Basically no porn, yaoi etc. If you do have something of that nature, please put noticable warnings on your site so that people are aware of its content.
3. Be sure that most of your site is finished before applying
4. I do not care how many hits a day you get, just as long as you get more than 0.
5. Absolutely no plagiarism on your website. I consider using the colored images in manga downloads plagiarism when used without permission on your layout.
6. An appropriate and decent layout, basically nothing with a neon yellow bg with pink font or something. If you do manage to pull off a nice layout using a neon yellow bg with pink font, then that's fine.
7. Another awful rule is that i ask that your site be not a Kurogane fansite/shrine. (Yes, i'm cruel but i have a reason for it)

	EPHEMERAL LOVE • If you've never heard of this site, it's my monster Sakurazuka Seishirou site i made while recovering after i got my wisdom teeth pulled out. One of the reasons why i made this Seishirou fansite/shrine was because of the lack of them on the internet. So why not contribute by making a monsterous one? I still have yet to refine my writing, my arguments are weak.
	BE ALL RIGHT • Out of the blue i received a Kinomoto Sakura fansite/shrine from one of my affiliates, Stacey Anne. Since my knowledge of Card Captor Sakura isn't that great, I will be just concentrating on the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle part of the site.
