The only known family that Ryosuke has would be his parents, his younger brother, and his cousin. Parents Neither of his parents are seen in the anime or manga but in vol.2 of the manga and one of the episodes they mention a rumor about Ryosuke's parents owning the Takashi hospital. Brother, Keisuke Takahashi Keisuke has his own section Cousin, Tsugumi Tsugumi is Ryosuke and Keisuke's cousin. She currently attends high school (?) and uses Ryosuke as a tutor. Ryosuke is sometimes seen picking up Tsugumi after school so he can tutor her at his place. Tsugumi is the person Ryosuke tends to talk to when he feels unsure about himself. Pictures of Tsugumi
