For the past few years i've wanted a plushie...badly but never bought one because where i live, a puny one sells for $29. So, instead of a plushie that has its eyes stuck on it, why not a plushie with eyes embroided on it? So i looked up random anime series i liked on ebay for plushies and i bid on a deluxe Naruto plushie and after many days of frustration, i won. The final cost of it was $34. So, that also gave me the excuse to find more Naruto manga to read because i rarely buy Shounen Jump on a regular basis. So, as time progressed i finished all the chapters of the manga and started on the anime and decided i liked it. Not only am i hooked on it, but my father claims that i brainwashed him after two nights in a row of forgetting to check the time while watching Naruto (i wanted to go to bed a 1am-ish however my dad insisted that we continued watching because it was "exciting") need not mention my mother accepting the fact that a child who is addicted to ramen is on a poster which is hung in the living room of our house. In my household, anime is a thing that i grew up with. It's nothing special because my parents introduced me to it and as long as the story is decent and it's not retarded (aka it's "exciting") i'm allowed to watch it however i'm not allowed to hog the computer all the time. Anyways, after the plushie i decided that i "really liked Kakashi" so i bought a keychain of him on Ebay then i thought "I - needed - a Kakashi figure" so i bought one. To make the story short, Ebay ruined my life and, kids, don't let it ruin yours. My credit card bill is horrific, it could be worse but yes (the Kakashi figure and keychain was only $1.82 US, it's all good). Now i want a Pukkin. I do really like the Naruto series' story line. It's one of the very few that can make me cry and laugh within a timespan of five minutes. Why Incognito? It actually took me a very long time to figure out a name for this site. So, i asked two of my friends to assist me and they happen to be Joyce and Tammy. The name that first came to my mind was "Masquerade" however whenever i think of that word i think of a masked ball and something with pizazz. "Masquerade" could work for a Kakashi site, however the word doesn't fit Kakashi. So, i asked Joyce for words in Latin and again that failed however a suggestion she gave me which i really liked was "Façade". The name "Façade" would have been chosen if it didn't refer to a building. Then after more contemplation while listening to a Armin Van Buuren remix of Motorcycle's "As the Rush Comes", i thought of "Rush" because the song has a nice feel to it. The lyrics was what mostly caught my attention, this doesn't always happen because i usually ignore the lyrics to music ~ As you may notice, i didn't name the site "Rush", however i do believe that it would have been an appropriate name for a Kakashi site but it wouldn't work unless everyone knows of the song. Then i asked Tammy. She doesn't know much about the character so i explained some details to her and she thought up of "Charade". After pondering over the many definitions the dictionary gave me for about 10 seconds, i decided that that would be it. Then, a few weeks after, i didn't feel content with the name decision so i kept on thinking and some man wore a shirt that said "Incognito" on it walked by me at the mall one day and then i remembered Joyce suggesting that name to me earlier. So, i guess i like Incognito better. It sounds more "advanced" if you know what i mean. It does somewhat mean the same as what "Charade" mean. Why Kakashi? I thought that my brain was literally melting because of the summer break and not learning anything new at school. So i decided to do something constructive and continue my persuit of refining my english writing and my literary analyzation skills so i'd be set for post seconday education the year after. If that didn't make sense, i'll make it simpler for you. I'm a high school graduate, and i plan on continuing my education in college/university and i'm afraid that my english isn't good enough for the profs there. The other reason was that i found that most Kakashi sites are similar and you can't get much out of them. So, here is my contribution of Kakashi-ness to the internet. I hope you love it. I originally didn't intend to use this image for a layout because i was editing the ANBU image of Kakashi and his dogs for so long. That image, however, i have left alone for a while now and i will get back to it. It's almost done, however the bull dog is what is making it take so long. It's so hard to draw in. Anyways, if this layout seems similar to the "Near Fantastica" layout from Flora-Fleur.net and the Gouhou Drug links page layout, don't be suprised "i think" it's inspired by that. I haven't been designing much until i made this layout because of school exams, work, and i simply just needed a break. For the time being, i find this layout to rather "okay" looking. ⁄⁄ REVERSE |
