In the Japanese version of Naruto, the voice actor for Hatake Kakashi is Inoue Kazuhiko. Inoue Kazuhiko'S voice acting suits Kakashi's character because he is able to produce a noticable voice difference between Kakashi's serious side and Kakashi's laid back side. During the earlier episodes of Naruto while Kakashi gave a special talk to Inari in regards to the similarity between his and Naruto's past, Inoue Kazuhiko also managed to give Kakashi a voice to make him seem approachable and easy to talk to.
