Seishirou Sakurazuka generally dresses how a normal business man in Tokyo would. Nothing much changes in Seishirou's daily attire. His style always consists of business suit after business suit after business suit. Then again a business suit is often considered to be the 'uniform' of most working men in Japan.
When Seishirou is in battle, he usually sports hiw black suit, black overcoat, and lovely dark shades. The dark shades are always kept on during battle, unless something serious is about to happen. For example, Seishirou took them off shortly before he died and when he killed Hokuto.
In Tokyo Babylon, while he is working he usually wears his white lab coat. Away from his office, he's either wearing another business suit or his classic black coat, white shirt outfit which he wears when he's doing his Sakurazukamori duties. It is only in this series that Seishirou wears his normal glasses. It is until after he was blinded that he stopped wearing them. The purpose of the glasses would most likely be something to 'shield' people from his golden hypnotic eyes. In one of the chapters of Tokyo Babylon, Seishirou was watching Subaru perform another exocism and realized that he would be needing help. Hokuto, not knowing Seishirou's abilities at the time, tried stopping him, however Seishirou took off his glasses and gazed at Hokuto then Hokuto seemed to have passed out.
In X most of Seishirou's appearances consists of him wearing his black suit, white shirt outfit. Although the scenes where he is wearing his casual business suit attire are rare, he basically looks as if he did in Tokyo Babylon but without his normal glasses.
Seishirou is also blind in his right eye. The accident happened in the latter half of Tokyo Babylon while Subaru was trying to comfort the mother of a boy who needed dialysis at the hospital. The mother, who was quite frustrated at the time, attempted to slash Subaru with a knife, however Seishirou intervened and as a result he had his eye slit.
In X, Seishirou acquired a scar on his left cheek during a battle between him and the Ten no Ryu's Kamui. Seishirou seemed to have been overjoyed during this battle that it seemed as if he didn't notice the cut which was in inflicted by rocks thrown at him.
Seishirou's character design may look strickingly similar to some older CLAMP series. For example in Combination the design of the two main characters of the series are basically Seishirou without classes and Seishirou with glasses. The Sohryuden series which CLAMP did the illustrations for, Hajime Ryudo, the leader of a group of four other dragon kings, also looks rather similar to Seishirou.
