Being the outgoing kind of guy, when he's not in the mood to kill, it's inevitable that he developed some sort of friendly relation with random people. Here is a list of characters which he interacts with most.
Mother
Seishirou is very fond of his mother. His mother had an obsession for red camellias which happily reminded her of various sadistic actions which she has done in the past. Although Seishirou and his mother aren't very close his mother has impacted alot in his personality. For example Seishirou's views on beauty. Seishirou also had to murder his mother to become the Sakurazukamori and he did it without hesitation. Even many years after his mother's death, he still remembers his mothers beauty.
Subaru Sumeragi
Subaru first met Seishirou when he was eight while he was wandering around the streets of tokyo alon late at night. He was attracted to a certain sakura tree which emanated the hate and bitterness of many people.
During this time and the end of Tokyo Babylon, Subaru was seen as an innocent and a 'pure' onmyouji who was willing to help whoever needed help wether it be simply talking to them or donating an organ of his own for their sake. Subaru also took the time to consider the safety of the people who he is helping. For example if he were to exorcise someone, Subaru would never consider hurting the person at all costs.
Things soon changed shortly after his twin sister, Hokuto, died in the hands of his once beloved friend, Seishirou. After his sister passed away, Subaru decided to quit school and spend all his time refining his onmyouji skills and try to persuade himself to become someone who could kill.
Several years later, Subaru once again met up with Seishirou. His first encounter was probably a dissapointment for Seishirou was 'there' by illusion. The second encounter resulted in another big change in Subaru. During the second encounter Seishirou had granted what he thought was Subaru's wish. By doing so, Seishirou commit suicide by attempting to kill Subaru the exact same way he killed Hokuto. This triggers the mechanism of the curse which Hokuto had cast upon Seishirou before her death. During Seishirou's last minutes, he explained to Subaru the curse that Hokuto had casted upon him. What indefinately impacted Subaru due to Seishirou's final actions were the haunting last words Seishirou had said to him.
After the wreckage, Fuuma of the Dragon of Earth recovered the left eye of Seishirou and offered it to Subaru. If Subaru was to accept the eye he would have to resign his position in the Dragon of Heaven and take the place of Seishirou in the Dragon of Earth. Another drawback to accepting the eye was that Subaru would have to finalize his being the Sakurazukamori. Subaru accepted.
Many changes happened physically and emotionally to Subaru after his acceptance of the eye. Instead of wearing a white trench coat he now wears a black trenchcoat. Instead of a blind right eye, it is now replaced with the left eye of the former Sakurazukamori. Will these physical changes change Subaru emotionally? Will he finally kill? Did Seishirou's last words have something to do with Subaru's acceptance as the Sakurazukamori? Will the acceptance of the eye change his personality? Only time will tell... the story will continue as Clamp progresses the story

Hokuto is Subaru's twin sister. During Tokyo Babylon Seishirou probably spent more time with Hokuto than with Subaru. Although it was his goal to get to know Subaru as well as possible, time was not wasted with Hokuto for she was the only person who knew Subaru the most and also knew all of Subaru's weaknesses.
Hokuto was also the one who first realized that Seshirou was dangerous, but she still kept on pushing Subaru onto him. It was until Subaru was in shock that Hokuto put the blame onto herself and made the ultimate sacrifice to save both Seishirou and her twin brother, Subaru.
Fuuma Monou
Fuuma, the massacre in disguise, and Seishirou's friendship was a short one however it is a commemorable one. Fuuma first spent time with Seishirou when Fuuma spotted Seishirou while he was on one of his errands. Coincidentally they both finished doing their 'work' at that time so they went out for crepes because Seishirou wanted to eat all the good food before Tokyo was destroyed. This also makes reference to Seshirou's passion for sweets in Tokyo Babylon.
Another thing to note about Fuuma would be the fact that he 'doesn't have a face'. He basically looks like someone of importance. For example, Subaru saw Seishirou while fighting Fuuma and Yuzuriha saw Kasanagi while fighting Fuuma.
