At the age of ten, Sakura unwittingly unleashes a deck of magical cards; if she does not recapture them, a disaster will befall the world. This is obviously a hefty burden to carry, but she manages with style thanks to costumes designed by her best friend Tomoyo and the self-proclaimed best looking guardian at her side.
Despite what one may think, the Clow Cards cause all sorts of trouble around town, but in the end, everything will surely be all right. After catching all of the cards, Sakura is able to turn them into Sakura Cards - thus becoming the most powerful magician in the world.
In the manga, there are only 18 cards where in the anime the Clow Card deck is expanded to 52 with three additional cards: a nameless card Sakura creates, Mu (or Void - a "negative" card to balance the deck introduced in the second movie), as well as Hope -- the result of the merging of Mu and the nameless card.
As of right now, I have a small list prepared of the cards. Cards with a '*' next to them are in the manga. Also note that those cards not captured in the manga nor in the TV series are marked with a '#'.
