+ Site History
I was actually comtemplating about whether to make this site or not. Yes, this is a Sesshoumaru fansite, but why does the internet need another one? First of all i absolutely love The Killing Perfection. It was the first Sesshoumaru fansite i've seen and even as i make my own, i still love it. I decided to make one because of three reasons, i have my own opinions on Sesshoumaru, i really don't like fansites calling Sesshoumaru silly names such as "Fluffy", and my rather strange obsession over historical things such as Feudal Japan (feudal Asia, European movements, and random others). Then there's random pairings of Sesshoumaru x _blah_ which i don't entirely agree with. And all those horrid theories about his "boa". Temperance is a Sesshoumaru fansite made by a history slash biology geek. I would gladly write why Sesshoumaru's body can't "accept" random arms, however who really wants to read about that? Ooh enzymes and blood coagulation. What fun!
Why Temperance?
Why Temperance? It's obviously not a name of a song nor anything directly associated with the Inuyasha series. If you think hard enough you may end up with the name of one man: Aristotle. Yes, this site is named after something i read regarding Aristotle. To be exact, Aristotle's Ethics: Table of Virtues and Vices. May i suggest clicking on the link below so you'd know what i'm writing about? Well, that is if you don't already know of it. Anyway, when i compared Sesshoumaru to that table, i ended getting alot of "means" for his personality. You may notice that on the link i've given for the "pleasure and pain" section the mean happens to be Temperance. To tell you the truth, i never noticed it until now as i type this section of the site out. Well, i originally didn't get the word from the table, i was actually looking up words that meant "modesty". Yes, i am a geek and no i don't read about Philosophers for fun.

Why Sesshoumaru?
Sesshoumaru, to me, is a very interesting character. There aren't many good Sesshoumaru sites out there so this is my lousy attempt to make a decent and educational Sesshoumaru site which will not only help you understand more about history but also help me in my studies and my writing skills and reading comprehension. Since that probably doesn't make sense, let's just say that i made this because i didn't have much homework and i wanted work on improving my writing and reading skills while at the same time have fun.

Current Layout
The layout you're looking at at the moment is a layout which has been laying around in my computer for three weeks before i actually finished it. There isn't much "BAM" to it as i imagined it to be, however i rather have a simple first layout than a razzle dazzle first layout. Now, before you start asking me "oh my gosh, where did you get that image?" i got it from the Anime Project Alliance and edited it alot. Most of Sesshoumaru's hair in the picture is generated, and in some parts is rather noticable. Noticable to me that is because i was the one who edited it. You may notice "tachisukumu koe mo naku ikiteyuku eien ni" in the title. It's the last two lines of Fukai Mori. Programs and other things used to create this layout include Image Ready 7.0, Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0, notepad, my brain.
